Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Invoice Processing and Inquiries Team for German market
  • Responsible for the monitoring and leading an assigned Accounts Payable team
  • Ensure the understanding and compliant service delivery across company of agreed policies and procedures
  • Understand service level agreements and key performance indicators for Accounts Payable related business processes. Report up to the AP Manager performance against SLAs and KPIs
  • Contribute to the maintenance and updating of Accounts Payable processes and procedures
  • Take care of quality controls and spot checks
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints related to Accounts Payable processes as specified by relevant service level agreements and escalating queries and complaints (1st level of escalation)
  • Support team members to achieve performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements, role model for service orientation and service culture
  • Your Profile

  • Education/ Training: University degree/ BSc peferrably in Economics/ Accounting or equivalent
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of Accounting experience & exposure to leadership/ coordination tasks (preferably in a SSC environment), proven knowledge of finance and accounting processes and process improvements, proven people management and problem solving skills, very good communication skills
  • Languages: Advanced German and English language skills (both written and spoken)
