This position will be of key importance within the organization and the successful candidate must have previous secretarial, administrative, marketing or sales experience within a fast-paced customer facing environment. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and organize your workload and the initiative to resolve issues quickly in an appropriate manner.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:Provide administrative support for a variety of marketing projects related to brand campaigns, launching new products, current portfolio management;Assist with the production of marketing promo materials and collateral (keep contact with the external suppliers/production/materials administration/packing/ delivery/follow-up);Help and support the sales & marketing team with the organization events: meetings, special events.Support the preparation of proposals, accompanying documents, presentation/offers;Digital marketing: advertising on social networks, online store management and marketing in online sales platforms;Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create sales and marketing reports;Plan and manage various other sales & marketing activities;
JOB REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economy, business, or related field preferred;Strong written and verbal communication skills, both English & Romanian;Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint required;Attention to details & Time management skills;Ability to handle multiple projects with varied timelines;
