Ascent Group recruits for his client, a multinational company, an HR Manager – Roman Area.

As the HR Manager, you will effectively identify HR priorities and take initiatives to support business needs. You will as well ensure that all HR processes, e.g. recruitment, employees evaluation, personnel administration work properly and support business.


  • Build local HR strategy for the plant in line with organization principles and directions of the central HR
  • Identify key HR priorities, drive HR agenda and initiatives that answer properly to the priorities and business goals

  • Build HR Partnering function for plant and sales management team to ensure that organizational and people strategies are implemented
  • Provide HR expertise in all HR areas such as talent development, successions, performance management, compensation and benefits, personnel administration, labour code, employees evaluation etc.
  • Lead and implement various HR projects (at the country level) together with other HR functions to answer to the business needs and goals
  • Actively participate in Operations HR community and cooperates with GHRD
  • Expectations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred;
  • Min. 4 + years of experience in various HR management assignments
  • Experience in production companies
  • Broad working knowledge of specialist areas e.g. recruitment, reward, training, development, payroll understanding etc.
  • Vision & strategy thinking

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software;
  • Critical thinking skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills, strong character
  • A good level of English written and oral is a must
