Our client is a Travel and Events Management company, IATA accredited. For almost one decade, they have proven professional competency, extensive knowledge and experience, flexibility, efficiency and reliability.

The company especially embraces new technological trends, such as mobile app, events platforms, end to end platform tools, ticket tool. They offer full event management, from ideea, marketing tool, marketing plan and follow up.

Responsabilități:
  • Identifying tourists’ needs and offering suitable travel arrangements;
  • Issue, reissue flight tickets;
  • Offering useful information and travel advise, prepare itineraries;
  • Prepare financial documents, follow-up, collect deposits and balances;
  • Maintain relationship with individual and corporate clients;
  • Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns;
  • Attend training and conferences, to maintain familiarity with tourism trends;
  • Create and update electronic records of clients;
  • Reach the revenue targets.


Cerințe:
  • Proven working experience(3-5years) as a travel consultant;
  • Excellent knowledge of traveling software (GDS – Amadeus, computer reservations systems, ERP – TINA is an advantage);
  • Proficiency in English – knowledge of additional languages is an advantage;
  • Sales skills and customer oriented approach;
  • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively;
  • Demonstrable ability to handle crises;
  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field;
  • Travel Agent / Guide qualification diploma (nice to have);

Working hours


  •  Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 18:00;
  • We offer the possibility to work from home, but we accept only Bucharest based candidates;
