We are looking for a self-motivated Service Desk Support Specialist in Cluj/Remote that wants to be part of a professional team. Our partner is an independent IT Service provider with headquarters in Hamburg-Germany.

Responsabilități:

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting processing errors and achieving an organization's goals by completing the necessary tasks;

• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output;

• Direct answer to the customer`s request (sending of invoice copy or credit note, account information) via e-mail, ticketing system or direct call;

• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents;

• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations

• E -mail processing via Outlook;

Cerințe:

Required skills:

• Good communication skills acquired through customer work experience;

• Good knowledge of ticketing systems – correction of the data, checking and replication issues;

• Experience with MS Office, systems and applications used in support, ticketing system such as BMC Express Ticketing System programs;

• Excellent organizational skills in support field, client service field;

• Customer oriented attitude and problem-solving skills in collaboration with other parties involved;


Good to have:

• Ideally experience in dealing with ticket systems – BMC Remedy;

• Good knowledge of Active Directory;

• Analytic thinking;

Foreign Languages:

• Fluent in German;
