Together we built a recruitment platform based on artificial intelligence. The platform's algorithms scan the job market and automatically apply to jobs that fit the candidate perfectly. We make connections between employees and employers without the need for them to look for each other. Our objective is to be in the top 3 recruitments platform în Romania in the next three years while conquering other markets.

Your role as commercial manager
As a Commercial Manager, you get in touch with potential customers (employers, entrepreneurs in different industries) and sell them a tech idea. If you are a convincing person and you like to enter the specific competition for sales, then the job will seem easy and pleasant.
- You take leadership over an eager team and ownership over their and your results.
- Come up with an innovative strategy to attract new clients and implement a process for the team to assure the targeted results are delivered.
- Identify potential clients, contact them, and introduce them to Jobby services.
- Make sure that the client portfolio always includes new names and that the targets are met.
- You pay attention to customer needs, capitalize on their feedback and keep them up to date with Jobby news (offers, new services, benefits, etc.).
- You make sure that the purchase of the subscriptions goes smoothly and you communicate any errors.
- You report to the management team the results of your team
Requirements for the job
This job allows you to work remotely. A good mindset and proof of great strategic thinking may override our requirements.
- 3+ years of working as a sales manager, leading sales teams working at a services, SaaS, or consulting firm is required to be considered for the role.
- Strategic thinking and ability to define and optimize the sales process
- Passion for sales, leadership, operations, and client impact.
- Operationally efficient and organization skills.
- Success in playing a leading role within a rapidly growing organization.
- Previous work with a startup represents an advantage.
- Previous work in the HR industry represents an advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent communication skills (English is a must).
- Initially, you will be able to work remotely, but in the end we want to bring you to our offices in Cluj-Napoca.
